The Chisinau City Hall informs that on June 9, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., in the Meeting Hall of the Preturia of the Center sector, 43 Bulgă str., the land auction will take place with a shout regarding the sale-purchase of land in the inner city of the municipality.
At the tender, 20 plots of land with various uses are offered for sale: object compatible with zone S, residential complex, zone C2-R6, residential construction, zone R3, construction compatible with zone C7, residential-individual construction, zone R2, construction residential-individual, zone R3, individual dwelling house, as well as premises for adjacent land holders.
The lots up for auction have areas between 0.01 ha and 1.6 ha, and the initial price ranges from 400,000 lei to 35,000,000 lei.
Individuals and legal entities from the Republic of Moldova, as well as foreign investors, can participate in the auction. The interested persons must present the following documents to the organizer – Agenția “Capitalimobil” SRL, str. Armeneasca, 43, no later than 24 hours before the auction:
- the application in the established form;
- extract from the State Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (for legal entities);
- power of attorney (in the case of participation through a representative);
- copy of the identity document;
- the bank document confirming the payment of the deposit in the amount of 10 percent of the initial price and the participation fee.
