On July 27, 2023, in the premises of the Chisinau City Hall, the Working Group discussed the opportunity to display real estate and services as an object of the public-private partnership.
During the meeting, the subject was examined regarding the realization by public-private partnership of the investment project regarding the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the mini-football field and the sports stadium located in the Ciocana sector, 13/3 Nicolae Milescu-Spătaru str, which belongs to the Primary School no. 83 “Grigore Vieru”.
Following the debates and presentations during the meeting, the Working Group decided to be proposed to the Chisinau Municipal Council to include the object “Sports Field”, under the management of Primary School no. 83, at compartment no. 13 “Educational institutions subordinated to the PMC” from the List of proposed objectives for investments based on public-private partnerships, approved by CMC Decision no. 17/4 of 01.10.2020 “Regarding the approval of the list and the initiation of the procedure for the promotion and launch of the investment projects proposed for implementation through public-private partnership”.
It should be noted that the Working Group was created by the Decision of the Chisinau Municipal Council no. 8/11 of June 18, 2020 for the purpose of insurance:
– examination of the opportunity to display as an object of public-private partnership real estate and local public property services liable to attract investments;
– examination, evaluation and opportunity of investment proposals received from investors;
– proposing the objects of the public-private partnership for examination and approval to the Chisinau Municipal Council
The members of the working group are the representatives of the institutions subordinated to UAT Chisinau municipality and municipal councilors.
