Chișinău City Hall informs that on June 26, 2026, at 10:00, an auction will take place for obtaining the right to lease non-residential premises owned by Chișinău Municipality.
Premises located at 20 different addresses are available, with areas ranging from 2 m² to 284.9 m².
The spaces are located on different levels, including ground floors, upper floors, technical floors, basements and semi-basements.
The initial annual rental fee ranges from 400 MDL to 110 000 MDL, and the lease period is 5–7 years.
Additionally, on June 24, 2026, at 10:00, open auctions No. 50–52 will be held for obtaining the right to place street trade units within Chișinău Municipality.
Lots are available for selling cold and hot drinks, confectionery and bakery products, fruits and vegetables, drinking water, flowers and floral arrangements, newspapers and magazines, cotton candy, popcorn and other products.
A total of 23 lots are available, located in parks, alleys, residential areas and city streets.
The initial price of the lots ranges from 147 000 MDL to 1 250 000 MDL.
