The Chisinau City Hall announces the launch of the online platform “Chisinau Municipality – Investment Opportunities,” available at www.mapinvest.chisinau.md.
This initiative aims to attract local and international investments, contributing to the economic development of the capital and its suburbs.
The platform allows the semi-automated creation of investment project sheets for municipal objectives and private initiatives, which are then published on the municipality’s official website. This facilitates direct interaction between investors and project initiators, providing detailed and up-to-date information about available opportunities.
The main idea of the new online platform “Chisinau Municipality – Investment Opportunities” is to create and implement a modern tool designed for both public (municipal) and private sector representatives in Chisinau and its suburbs.
The platform enables the semi-automated generation of investment project sheets and their online publication through the municipality’s official website (www.mapinvest.chisinau.md) to ensure maximum visibility among local and international investors.
The investment project sheets include information such as:
- Project description: purpose, objectives, and expected benefits.
- Investment objective: type of proposed development (e.g., infrastructure, healthcare, education, tourism).
- Technical data: location, area, available infrastructure.
- Financial aspects: cost estimates, funding sources, investment profitability.
- Legal regulations: property status, required permits, applicable tax regime.
- Implementation schedule: project phases and proposed deadlines.
- Responsible person: contact details of the project coordinator or institution representative (name, position, phone, email).
To ensure accessibility for a broad audience, the platform interface is available in Romanian, Russian, and English. Users can view investment sheets, and an interactive project map, and generate analytical reports for a comprehensive investment opportunity evaluation.
The Chisinau City Hall encourages local public authorities, municipal enterprises, private economic agents, and mixed-capital companies to use this platform to promote their projects and attract the necessary development capital. Simultaneously, the platform will be actively promoted internationally through forums, exhibitions, international and local events, and official meetings to attract as many investments as possible to Chisinau Municipality.
