The Chisinau City Hall informs that on April 12, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., in the Meeting Hall of the Preturia of the Centru sector, 43 Bulgara str., the land auction will take place with a shout regarding the sale-purchase and obtaining the right to conclude the contract of location of the lands in the urban area of the municipality.
At the tender, 17 plots of land with various uses are exhibited: residential complex zone C2-R6, residential construction, zone R3, residential-individual construction, zone R2, object compatible with zone C7, object compatible with zone S, as well as spaces for adjacent land holders.
The lots for auction have areas between 0.03 ha and 3.3 ha, and the initial price varies from 500,000 lei to 35,000,000 lei.
Also, a lot for leasing, destined for a car park, is exhibited at the competition.
Individuals and legal entities from the Republic of Moldova, as well as foreign investors, can participate in the auction. The interested persons must present the following documents to the organizer – Agenția “Capitalimobil” SRL, str. Armeneasca, 43, no later than 24 hours before the auction:
- the application in the established form;
- extract from the State Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (for legal entities);
- power of attorney (in the case of participation through a representative);
- copy of the identity document;
- the bank document confirming the payment of the deposit in the amount of 10 percent of the initial price and the participation fee.
