Open Auction No. 49 of 26.08.2025, 11:00 AM will be held for the purpose of granting the right to conclude a contract for placing mobile trade units within the territory of Chișinău Municipality.

The three competitions organized for granting the right to trade from kiosks and stands include various activities such as the sale of confectionery and bakery products, cold and hot beverages, fruits and vegetables, as well as drinking water.
The sale of flowers and floral arrangements, postcards, photo items, books, magazines, greeting cards, and other products specific to traditional holidays is also targeted.
Among the approved categories is the distribution of periodicals, along with recreational activities such as the use of water transport facilities (boats, pedal boats) and the provision of entertainment services (trampolines, inflatable slides).
A total of 24, 26, and 23 lots are offered in the three competitions, respectively.
The starting price for the lots ranges from 150,500 MDL to 1,500,000 MDL.
The contract term for the right to trade is 5 years for kiosks and 3 years for entertainment services.
The organizer of the auctions is the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova.
