The most expensive lot requested at the auction (with an area of 47 ares) was awarded at the price of 15 million lei, for the residential complex destination, area C2-R6, perimeter: bd. Mircea cel Bătrân – N. Sulac str. – N. Milescu Spătaru str. The initially set price was 10 million lei.
The buyers managed to award other lots for amounts such as: 1.9 million lei, 1.25 million lei, 700 thousand lei and 560 thousand lei.
The lands that were not requested will be included in future land tenders.
