Chisinau City Hall informs that at the land auction, held on Friday, September 8, 2023, 7 plots of land in the inner city of the municipality were awarded out of a total of 22 exhibited and the lease right was obtained on 2 plots, for a total amount of 23,750,000 lei.
The lot awarded at the highest value, 6.3 million lei (the initial price being 3 million), is located on Otovasca Street and has an area of over 30 acres, with the destination: object compatible with zone C7.
Other plots requested in the competition were awarded with amounts of: 6 million lei (building compatible with area C7, Doina str.), 4.6 million (shop with cafe-bar), area R2, Petricani str., 1.6 million (object compatible with zone C7), but also with 700,000 and 600,000 lei (with the destination: individual housing construction).
For 2 lots on Uzinelor str., with an area of 20 ares and 13 ares, the lease right was awarded for a term of 10 years, with the destination parking, at the price of 1.8 million lei and – 1.5 million lei, respectively millions of lei.
The lands left unclaimed will be exposed to subsequent land tenders.
