Chisinau City Hall informs that on January 31, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., in the Meeting Hall of the Preturia of the Centru sector, 43, Bulgăra str, will take place the auction for obtaining the right to lease the temporary free spaces, property of the municipality of Chisinau, with a destination “other than residential”.
Various types of spaces from 19 addresses, with surfaces between 3 m² and 348 m², without the right of privatization, located on the first floor, basement, ground floor, technical floor, separate construction, etc., are exhibited at the competition.
The initial amount of the annual rent for the rooms exposed to the auction varies from 900 lei to 600,000 lei, and the lease term is 5-7 years.
Individuals and legal entities from the Republic of Moldova, as well as foreign investors, can participate in the auction.
The interested persons have to present, no later than 24 hours before the auction, to the organizer – Agenția “Capitalimobil” SRL, the following documents:
- the application form;
- extract from the State Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (for legal entities);
- power of attorney (in the case of participation through a representative);
- copy of the identity document;
- the bank document confirming the payment of the deposit in the amount of 10 percent of the initial price and the participation fee.
