At the land auction with outcry, held on Friday, October 27, 2023, 13 plots of land in the inner city of the municipality were awarded out of the total of 20 exhibited, and the lease right was obtained on 2 plots (for car parking), for a total amount of 32,600,000 lei.
The lot awarded at the highest value, 5.1 million lei (the initial price being 1 million), is located on N. Berzarin street and has an area of over 5.72 ares, with the destination: object compatible with the R2 zone .
Other plots requested in the competition were awarded with amounts of: 4.8 million lei (construction compatible with zone C1, Hâncești road), 3.6 million (residential construction), zone R3, Nichita Smochină str., 3 million lei, land on A. Sciusev str., with the surface of 11 ares, for the owners of adjacent lands, etc.
For 2 lots, on Andrei Doga str., with an area of 14 ares and, respectively, on Mihai Viteazul str., an area of 3 ares, the lease right was awarded for a term of 10 years, with the destination car park, at the price of 1 ,2 million lei and 390,000 lei, respectively.
The lands left unclaimed will be exposed to subsequent land tenders.
