During the years 2019-2023, according to the Regulation on tenders for obtaining the right to rent rooms with a destination other than residential, the property of the local public authority of the municipality of Chisinau, approved by the decision of the Chisinau Municipal Council no. 10/7 from 09.10.2017, 10 public auctions were organized.
The income obtained as a result of the organization of auctions to obtain the right of lease constituted 5 million lei, of which 2.1 million lei is the amount of the annual lease rent awarded, according to the amendments and additions made by CMC decision no. 8/13-2 from 12.10.2021
