The General Directorate of Economy, Trade and Tourism of the Chișinău Municipal Council informs that on December 19, at 10:00, a public auction “with bidding” will be held for obtaining the lease rights of non-residential premises owned by the Municipality of Chișinău.
The auction offers various types of premises located at 16 addresses, with areas ranging from 6 m² to 519.6 m², without the right of privatization, situated on upper floors, basement, or ground floor.
The initial annual rental price for the available premises ranges from 500 lei to 70,000 lei, with a lease term of 5–7 years.
The competition is open to natural persons, legal entities from the Republic of Moldova, as well as foreign investors.
Interested applicants must submit the required documents no later than 24 hours before the auction, addressed to the Auction Commission, at: mun. Chișinău, Armenească Street 43, Chișinău Agency “Capitalimobil” SRL. Required documents:
• Application in the established format;
• Extract from the State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (for legal entities);
• Power of attorney, if represented by another person;
• Copy of identity document;
• Bank document confirming the payment of a 10% advance of the initial price and the participation fee;
• Certificate confirming the absence of debts to the state budget, issued by the territorial tax authority (only for legal entities).
