The Chisinau City Hall informs that on August 1, 2025, at 10:00, a new public land auction will take place for the sale and the right to sign lease agreements for land plots located within the Chisinau municipality.
The event will be held in the meeting room of the Centru Sector Pretura, located at 43 Bulgara Street.
A total of 13 land plots are offered for sale, with various designations: object compatible with zone C7, object compatible with zone R3-a, object compatible with zone R2, etc.
The selected plots have areas ranging between 0.0384 ha and 0.7296 ha, with starting prices ranging from 800,000 MDL to 6,000,000 MDL.
In addition, 2 plots are available for lease, designated for car parking and temporary facilities.
Both individuals and legal entities from the Republic of Moldova, as well as foreign investors, are eligible to participate in the auction.
Interested parties must submit the following documents to the organizer – Capitalimobil LLC, 43 Armeniascaia Street, no later than 24 hours before the auction:

application in the established format;

extract from the State Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (for legal entities);

power of attorney (in case of participation through a representative);

copy of the identity document;

bank document confirming the payment of a 10% deposit based on the starting price and the participation fee.
