The General Directorate for Economy, Trade and Tourism of the Chișinău Municipal Council informs about the initiation of amendments to the Regulation on Public Auctions for Obtaining the Right to Conclude a Contract for the Placement of Street Mobile Trade Units on the Territory of Chișinău Municipality, approved by CMC Decision No. 17/6 of 01.10.2020, as subsequently amended.
Purpose of the amendments:

aligning the Regulation with the current legal framework;
-
preventing anti-competitive practices;
-
ensuring efficient management and use of municipal land;
-
improving the local legal framework in the field of public auctions;
-
promoting legally organized mobile trade in a fair competitive environment.
The initiation of these amendments is determined by the need to improve the regulatory framework governing the auctioning of the right to place mobile trade units within Chișinău municipality.
Interested parties may submit proposals and recommendations regarding the draft to the General Directorate for Economy, Trade and Tourism of the CMC (106 Columna Street, e-mail: dgeсt@cmc.md, dc@pmc.md) by November 7, 2025.
