At the land auction held on Friday, August 1, 2025, plots worth over 43 million lei were sold.
The Chisinau City Hall informs that during the public land auction with open outcry, 8 plots located within the city’s intravilan were sold out of the 13 offered, totaling 43.2 million lei.
Additionally, the right of lease was granted for one land plot, for the amount of 1 million lei.
The most expensive plots sold, located in the Ciocana sector and measuring 11 and 12 ares, were auctioned for 13 million lei and 12.75 million lei respectively.
Other plots were sold at the following prices:
– 7.2 million lei (72 ares, Râșcani sector);
– 3 million lei (6 ares, Râșcani sector);
– 2.7 million lei (4.7 ares, Botanica sector);
– 2.55 million lei (5.93 ares, Botanica sector), etc.
The unsold plots will be offered again at future auctions.
