The Chisinau City Hall informs that on October 27, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., in the Meeting Hall of the Preturia of the Centru sector, 43 Bulgara str., the land auction will take place with a shout regarding the sale-purchase of land in the inner city of the municipality.
At the competition, 20 plots of land with various uses are exhibited for sale and purchase: objects compatible with zones R2, R3, Re, C1, C7, as well as spaces for the owners of adjacent plots.
The lots for auction have areas between 0.03 ha and 0.5 ha, and the initial price varies from 500,000 lei to 3,500,000 lei.
Also, 2 lots for lease are exhibited at the competition. The destination of the respective lands is for car parks and temporary facilities.
Individuals and legal entities from the Republic of Moldova, as well as foreign investors, can participate in the auction. The interested persons must present, no later than 24 hours before the auction, to the organizer – Agenția “Capitalimobil” SRL, 43 Armeneasca str., the following documents:
- the application in the established form;
- extract from the State Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (for legal entities);
- power of attorney (in the case of participation through a representative);
- copy of the identity document;
- the bank document confirming the payment of the deposit in the amount of 10 percent of the initial price and the participation fee.
