The General Directorate of Economy, Trade and Tourism of the Chi\u0219in\u0103u Municipal Council informs that on December 19<\/strong>, at 10:00<\/strong>, a public auction \u201cwith bidding\u201d will be held for obtaining the lease rights of non-residential premises owned by the Municipality of Chi\u0219in\u0103u.<\/p>\n The auction offers various types of premises located at 16 addresses<\/strong>, with areas ranging from 6 m\u00b2 to 519.6 m\u00b2<\/strong>, without the right of privatization, situated on upper floors, basement, or ground floor.<\/p>\n The initial annual rental price for the available premises ranges from 500 lei to 70,000 lei<\/strong>, with a lease term of 5\u20137 years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The competition is open to natural persons, legal entities from the Republic of Moldova, as well as foreign investors.<\/p>\n Interested applicants must submit the required documents no later than 24 hours before the auction, addressed to the Auction Commission, at: mun. \u2022 Certificate confirming the absence of debts to the state budget, issued by the territorial tax authority (only for legal entities).<\/p>\n
