about the initiation of amendments to the <strong data-start=\"3736\" data-end=\"3905\">Regulation on Public Auctions for Obtaining the Right to Conclude a Contract for the Placement of Street Mobile Trade Units on the Territory of Chi\u0219in\u0103u Municipality<\/strong>, approved by CMC Decision No. 17\/6 of 01.10.2020, as subsequently amended.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3984\" data-end=\"4014\"><strong data-start=\"3984\" data-end=\"4014\">Purpose of the amendments:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4015\" data-end=\"4333\">\n<li data-start=\"4015\" data-end=\"4076\">\n<p data-start=\"4017\" data-end=\"4076\">aligning the Regulation with the current legal framework;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4077\" data-end=\"4119\">\n<p data-start=\"4079\" data-end=\"4119\">preventing anti-competitive practices;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4120\" data-end=\"4180\">\n<p data-start=\"4122\" data-end=\"4180\">ensuring efficient management and use of municipal land;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4181\" data-end=\"4253\">\n<p data-start=\"4183\" data-end=\"4253\">improving the local legal framework in the field of public auctions;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4254\" data-end=\"4333\">\n<p data-start=\"4256\" data-end=\"4333\">promoting legally organized mobile trade in a fair competitive environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4335\" data-end=\"4529\">The initiation of these amendments is determined by the need to improve the regulatory framework governing the auctioning of the right to place mobile trade units within Chi\u0219in\u0103u municipality.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4531\" data-end=\"4764\"><strong data-start=\"4531\" data-end=\"4553\">Interested parties<\/strong>
