{"id":2444,"date":"2025-07-14T08:17:41","date_gmt":"2025-07-14T08:17:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/invest.chisinau.md\/?p=2444"},"modified":"2025-07-14T08:20:36","modified_gmt":"2025-07-14T08:20:36","slug":"%cc%a6-%cc%a6-%cc%86-%cc%82-%cc%86-%cc%a6-%cc%a6-%cc%a6-%cc%a6%cc%86","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/invest.chisinau.md\/en\/%cc%a6-%cc%a6-%cc%86-%cc%82-%cc%86-%cc%a6-%cc%a6-%cc%a6-%cc%a6%cc%86\/","title":{"rendered":"01.08.2025 \u2013 Announcement regarding the public land auction for the sale and lease rights of land plots within the Chisinau municipality"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"2182\">The <strong data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"1977\">Chisinau City Hall<\/strong> informs that on <strong data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2022\">August 1, 2025, at 10:00<\/strong>, a new <strong data-start=\"2030\" data-end=\"2053\">public land auction<\/strong> will take place for the <strong data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2125\">sale and the right to sign lease agreements<\/strong> for land plots located within the Chisinau municipality.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2294\">The event will be held in the meeting room of the <strong data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2259\">Centru Sector Pretura<\/strong>, located at <strong data-start=\"2272\" data-end=\"2293\">43 Bulgara Street<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2296\" data-end=\"2488\">A total of <strong data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2324\">13 land plots<\/strong> are offered for sale, with various designations: object compatible with zone <strong data-start=\"2402\" data-end=\"2408\">C7<\/strong>, object compatible with zone <strong data-start=\"2438\" data-end=\"2446\">R3-a<\/strong>, object compatible with zone <strong data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2482\">R2<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2490\" data-end=\"2632\">The selected plots have areas ranging between <strong data-start=\"2536\" data-end=\"2563\">0.0384 ha and 0.7296 ha<\/strong>, with starting prices ranging from <strong data-start=\"2599\" data-end=\"2631\">800,000 MDL to 6,000,000 MDL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2634\" data-end=\"2740\">In addition, <strong data-start=\"2647\" data-end=\"2682\">2 plots are available for lease<\/strong>, designated for <strong data-start=\"2699\" data-end=\"2739\">car parking and temporary facilities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2742\" data-end=\"2889\">Both <strong data-start=\"2747\" data-end=\"2781\">individuals and legal entities<\/strong> from the Republic of Moldova, as well as <strong data-start=\"2823\" data-end=\"2844\">foreign investors<\/strong>, are eligible to participate in the auction.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2891\" data-end=\"3058\">Interested parties must submit the following documents to the organizer \u2013 <strong data-start=\"2965\" data-end=\"2986\">Capitalimobil LLC<\/strong>, 43 Armeniascaia Street, no later than <strong data-start=\"3026\" data-end=\"3057\">24 hours before the auction<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3060\" data-end=\"3432\">\n<li data-start=\"3060\" data-end=\"3100\">\n<p data-start=\"3062\" data-end=\"3100\">application in the established format;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3102\" data-end=\"3204\">\n<p data-start=\"3104\" data-end=\"3204\">extract from the State Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (for legal entities);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3206\" data-end=\"3278\">\n<p data-start=\"3208\" data-end=\"3278\">power of attorney (in case of participation through a representative);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3280\" data-end=\"3312\">\n<p data-start=\"3282\" data-end=\"3312\">copy of the identity document;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3314\" data-end=\"3432\">\n<p data-start=\"3316\" data-end=\"3432\">bank document confirming the payment of a <strong data-start=\"3358\" data-end=\"3401\">10% deposit based on the starting price<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"3410\" data-end=\"3431\">participation fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Chisinau City Hall informs that on August 1, 2025, at 10:00, a new public land auction will take place for the sale and the right to sign lease agreements for land plots located within the Chisinau municipality.
