{"id":2175,"date":"2025-03-21T06:25:51","date_gmt":"2025-03-21T06:25:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/invest.chisinau.md\/?p=2175"},"modified":"2025-03-24T07:04:27","modified_gmt":"2025-03-24T07:04:27","slug":"2175-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/invest.chisinau.md\/en\/2175-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Meeting of the Chi\u0219in\u0103u Municipality Delegation with ARP TFI Representatives"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"2069\"><strong data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"1869\">On March 18, 2025,<\/strong> the Head of the General Directorate of Economy, Trade, and Tourism, <strong data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1958\">Mr. Roman VITIUC<\/strong>, participated in a meeting with <strong data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2002\">ARP TFI<\/strong> representatives as part of the Chi\u0219in\u0103u Municipality delegation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2071\" data-end=\"2170\"><strong data-start=\"2074\" data-end=\"2085\">ARP TFI<\/strong> is part of <strong data-start=\"2097\" data-end=\"2150\">ARP SA \u2013 the Polish Industrial Development Agency<\/strong>, founded in 1991.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2514\">During the meeting, discussions focused on <strong data-start=\"2215\" data-end=\"2264\">funding opportunities for investment projects<\/strong> in Chi\u0219in\u0103u in the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2514\">renewable energy production and distribution;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2514\">waste management and biogas production;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2514\">circular economy and green industry development;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2514\">green transformation of infrastructure and public utilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2516\" data-end=\"2661\"><strong data-start=\"2519\" data-end=\"2539\">The next meeting<\/strong> is scheduled for <strong data-start=\"2557\" data-end=\"2571\">April 2025<\/strong>, where the municipality will present <strong data-start=\"2609\" data-end=\"2630\">specific projects<\/strong> for ARP TFI\u2019s consideration.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"2666\" data-end=\"2677\">ARP TFI<\/strong>, in cooperation with Polish and international financial institutions, is the main manager of the <strong data-start=\"2775\" data-end=\"2798\">&#8220;Polish Green Fund&#8221;<\/strong>, which:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mobilizes financial resources from the <strong data-start=\"2851\" data-end=\"2857\">EU<\/strong> for <strong data-start=\"2862\" data-end=\"2878\">green energy<\/strong> investments;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0supports <strong data-start=\"2906\" data-end=\"2927\">energy transition<\/strong> and the development of <strong data-start=\"2951\" data-end=\"2981\">distributed energy sources<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0invests in <strong data-start=\"2999\" data-end=\"3035\">low- and middle-income countries<\/strong>, with a particular focus on <strong data-start=\"3064\" data-end=\"3118\">the EU\u2019s Eastern Partnership, Moldova, and Ukraine<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>prioritizes <strong data-start=\"3137\" data-end=\"3191\">commercially viable projects in the private sector<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>finances <strong data-start=\"3207\" data-end=\"3279\">infrastructure projects with scalability and co-investment potential<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>offers investments in <strong data-start=\"3308\" data-end=\"3383\">equity (minority and majority shares) and debt financing for businesses<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>supports the <strong data-start=\"3403\" data-end=\"3471\">development of capital markets and long-term investment products<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3476\" data-end=\"3530\">F<strong data-start=\"3479\" data-end=\"3498\">inancing range<\/strong>: <strong data-start=\"3500\" data-end=\"3529\">\u20ac5-10 million per project<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On March 18, 2025, the Head of the General Directorate of Economy, Trade, and Tourism, Mr. Roman VITIUC, participated in a meeting with ARP TFI representatives as part of the Chi\u0219in\u0103u Municipality delegation.
