The Chisinau City Hall informs that on March 29, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., the land auction will take place with outcry regarding the sale-purchase of land in the inner city of the municipality. The event will take place in the meeting room of the Preturia of the Centru sector, 43 Bulg\u0103 str.<\/p>\n
16 plots of land with various uses are exhibited at the competition: residential complex zone C2-R6, housing construction, zone R3, object compatible with zone S, object compatible with zone C7, individual housing construction zone R2, etc.<\/p>\n
The lots selected for the auction have areas between 0.0379 ha and 1.6521 ha, and the initial price varies from 500,000 lei to 50,000,000 lei.<\/p>\n
Individuals and legal entities from the Republic of Moldova, as well as foreign investors, can participate in the auction. The interested persons must present the following documents to the organizer –\u00a0 “Capitalimobil” SRL, str. Armeneasca, 43, no later than 24 hours before the auction:<\/p>\n
– the application in the established form;<\/p>\n
– extract from the State Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (for legal entities);<\/p>\n
– power of attorney (in the case of participation through a representative);<\/p>\n
– copy of the identity document;<\/p>\n
– the bank document confirming the payment of the deposit in the amount of 10 percent of the initial price and the participation fee.<\/p>\n
